In the process of industrialization and modernization to become a developed country in the next few decades, the need to use foreign languages for professional enhancement, to connect sharing experiences, coordinate work and training with international partners are more and more numerous and diverse.
Experience of foreign language - networking consists of all or any foreign language and networking ability (reading, comprehension, communication practice, exchanging sharing ...) that helped the parties gain more knowledge and exchange of cooperation in urban development activities. AMD experts have:
i) Communicated and cooperated with OECD experts on shaping, compiling comments and issuing the report on Vietnam urban policy by 2 languages of English and Vietnamese. iii) Phối hợp với Viện đào tạo Ngân hàng thế giới (WB Institute) chia sẻ kinh nghiệm nâng cấp đô thị Việt Nam tại Hội thảo trực tuyến toàn cầu:
